Wal-Mart - Retailer News - Gives away collectible booklet,

"Black History Month 2003: Inspirational Stories and Treasured Recipes" and a commemorative poster, "Celebrating African-American Heritage" - Brief Article

In a promotion designed to spark sales in February, Black history month, Wal-Mart last month gave away a collectible booklet, "Black History Month 2003: Inspirational Stories and Treasured Recipes" and a commemorative poster, "Celebrating African-American Heritage."

Along the same lines, 7-Eleven gave away a free brochure commemorating Martin Luther King. The 7-Eleven brochure contained both a four- page introduction written by King's wife, Coretta Scott King, and the full text of King's famous "I Have A Dream" speech.
